Transactions are subject to verification and authorization. Refunds and disputes follow our Refund Policy. We strive for optimal uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Using our services means you consent to our data practices.

All content and trademarks on JustForPay are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

JustForPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Service is provided "as is" without guarantees.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of JustForPay after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

1. Introduction & Legal Status

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable laws of India, as amended from time to time. This document does not require any physical or digital signature.

These Terms govern access to and use of the website, mobile applications, APIs, software, platforms, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by JustForPay (“Company”, “JustForPay”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

JustForPay is a technology-enabled digital financial services platform and is not a bank or financial institution. The Company operates as a facilitator in partnership with RBI-regulated banks, NPCI-authorized networks, and licensed service providers.

By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with the Privacy Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy, Restricted Services Policy, and other policies published on the Platform.

2. Definitions

Account: A registered user account on the JustForPay Platform.
Applicable Law: All Indian laws, RBI circulars, NPCI rules, DPDP Act, and AML/PMLA guidelines.
KYC: Know Your Customer verification as mandated by law.
Services: Digital payments, AEPS, bill payments, recharges, APIs, PoS, Digi Kendra, white-label, and allied services.
Service Provider: Banks, NBFCs, payment networks, and authorized partners.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Acceptance may occur through registration, clicking acceptance buttons, or continued use of the Platform.

JustForPay may update these Terms at any time to comply with regulatory or operational requirements. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

Users previously suspended or terminated are not eligible to re-register.

5. Registration & User Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. JustForPay may suspend or terminate accounts if information is false or misleading.

6. Nature of Services

JustForPay provides technology-driven facilitation services and does not offer banking services directly. All financial transactions are processed through RBI-regulated institutions.

JustForPay may restrict transactions, freeze accounts, or suspend services as required by regulators or partners.

8. User Obligations

Not engage in fraudulent or prohibited activities
Not misuse APIs or security systems
Maintain confidentiality of credentials

9. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding passwords, PINs, and OTPs. JustForPay shall not be liable for losses due to user negligence.

10. Fees, Commissions & Charges

Applicable fees or charges are disclosed prior to transactions. Fees are non-refundable unless mandated by law.

11. Fraud, Chargebacks & Risk Management

Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. JustForPay may reverse transactions, hold settlements, or freeze accounts in case of suspected fraud.

12. Data Privacy & Localization

User data is processed as per the Privacy Policy. All payment data is stored within India in compliance with RBI norms.

13. Restricted Services

Gambling, betting, or lottery services
MLM schemes or chit funds
Weapons, explosives, or hazardous goods
Unregulated cryptocurrencies
Telemarketing or spam activities

14. Third-Party Services

JustForPay is not responsible for third-party services or integrations and does not endorse their actions.

15. Limitation of Liability

JustForPay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in question.

16. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify JustForPay against losses arising from misuse of services or violation of law.

17. Termination & Suspension

JustForPay may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations, regulatory directions, or risk concerns.

18. Force Majeure

JustForPay shall not be liable for failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or system outages.
